Returns Policy

At JD High Country Outfitters, quality products and excellent service are our highest priorities.

Our Guarantee:

JD High Country Outfitters gladly accepts returns of new and unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of original purchase date, excluding compressed gas systems. We also accept returns of defective merchandise, at our discretion, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for payment, a JDCHO Gift Card or in store credit.

All sale items are final. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

 The Return Process:

1) If you would like to return an item, call us at 307.733.3270, please have your receipt number ready, and we will be happy to assist you.  You can also email us at info@jdhcoutfitters.com, please include the receipt number and explain the issue with your product . 

2) Once we have authorized your return, please ship the item(s) to the chosen address below, with a copy of your receipt, reason for the return and your return shipping information including your name, address and a contact phone number.  Shipping Information is listed below.

3) Upon receipt of the product, we will promptly process and exchange the product and mail it to you or issue a refund onto the credit card used for payment, a JDHCO Gift Card, or in store credit.

**We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for its total value. JD High Country Outfitters is not responsible for loss or damage by shipping carriers, and does not cover the cost of return shipment for an item.**
